Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. About Convert2Print

Convert2Print provides automated print-preparation and file-conversion services and may also offer a Print & Deliver service through which customers can order physical printed products made from artwork they upload.

By using Convert2Print or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service or place an order.

2. User Content and Artwork Rights

You retain ownership of the files and artwork you upload to Convert2Print. Convert2Print does not claim ownership of your artwork.

By uploading artwork or other content, you confirm that:

You grant Convert2Print a limited, non-exclusive right to process, reproduce and transmit your uploaded artwork only as necessary to provide the service, prepare print-ready files, manufacture products you order and arrange their delivery.

This permission includes transmitting the artwork and necessary order information to production, fulfilment and shipping partners involved in fulfilling your order.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Convert2Print only for lawful purposes.

You may not upload or process content that:

Convert2Print may refuse or cancel processing or production where we reasonably believe content violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Digital File Processing

Uploaded files may be processed automatically to generate print-ready outputs, including image exports, PDF/X files and ZIP downloads.

The service may temporarily store uploaded files and generated outputs as required for processing and delivery.

Generated downloads are normally available for a limited period. Customers are responsible for downloading any digital files they wish to retain before those files are automatically removed.

Temporary files may also be removed earlier where necessary for security, maintenance or storage management.

5. Print & Deliver Orders

When you use Print & Deliver, Convert2Print prepares your uploaded artwork for printing and arranges production and delivery of the selected physical product through third-party production, fulfilment and shipping providers.

The product type, paper, size, quantity, delivery method and final price shown during checkout form part of your order.

You are responsible for checking your artwork, selected print options, quantity and delivery information before submitting payment.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products produced from artwork uploaded by you are manufactured specifically for your order and are personalised or made to your specifications.

Because of their customised nature, the ordinary right of withdrawal may not apply to these products where an exception for personalised or made-to-order goods applies under applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

7. Order Changes and Cancellation

You may request a change or cancellation before an order has entered production.

Production may begin shortly after payment and submission of the order to our production partner. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is being manufactured specifically for you.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Convert2Print as quickly as possible. We will attempt to stop or amend production where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible after the order has been submitted for fulfilment.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Prices and Payment

The final amount payable is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Where indicated, displayed customer prices include applicable VAT. Shipping charges are displayed separately before payment.

Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. Convert2Print does not store full payment card details.

Prices may change for future orders. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

9. Production and Product Appearance

We aim to reproduce your artwork as accurately as reasonably possible. However, printed products may differ slightly from their appearance on a screen.

Minor variations may occur due to printing processes, paper, materials, production equipment, colour management and differences between displays and physical print.

Such normal production variations do not by themselves constitute a defect. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product materially fails to conform to what was ordered.

10. Production and Delivery Times

Production and delivery times shown by Convert2Print are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery time may be affected by production time, destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, local delivery conditions and other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking may be provided where supported by the selected delivery service. Availability and frequency of tracking updates are controlled by the relevant carrier.

If we become aware of a significant problem affecting fulfilment of your order, we will take reasonable steps to assist you and, where appropriate, contact you.

11. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any other information required for delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delay, failed delivery or additional costs.

Where an address error is discovered before production or shipment, we will attempt to correct it where reasonably possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipment.

12. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination, fulfilment location and applicable law.

Where such charges are not included in the amount collected by Convert2Print, they may be payable by the recipient or customer as required by the relevant authorities.

13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Convert2Print as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, or other reasonable information, so that the issue can be investigated with our production or shipping partners.

Where a valid problem is confirmed, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, reprinting, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Do not return a product to a production facility or shipping partner unless Convert2Print has specifically instructed you to do so.

14. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Convert2Print.

We may need to investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider before determining the appropriate remedy.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Digital Services and Refunds

For standalone digital conversion services, refunds are generally not available after the requested digital processing has been completed and the purchased output has been made available, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds or other remedies may be provided where a paid digital service cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, a duplicate charge occurs, or where required by applicable consumer law.

These provisions are separate from the rights relating to physical Print & Deliver orders described elsewhere in these Terms.

16. Third-Party Production and Delivery Providers

Convert2Print may use third-party companies to manufacture, fulfil and deliver physical products.

Necessary artwork, product specifications and delivery information may be provided to those partners solely as required to fulfil your order, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

The use of a third-party production or delivery provider does not remove statutory rights you may have against Convert2Print as the seller of your order.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep Convert2Print available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits mandatory rights available to consumers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Convert2Print is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate source files, unlawful artwork supplied by the customer, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Business users are responsible for determining whether generated files and products are suitable for their particular commercial requirements.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised update date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order already accepted unless required by law.

20. Applicable Consumer Rights

These Terms do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule that applies to you, that mandatory rule will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

21. Privacy

Information about how Convert2Print processes personal data, uploaded artwork and order information is available in our Privacy Policy.
