Depending on how you use Convert2Print, we may process:
Uploaded files and artwork are processed for the purpose of providing the Convert2Print service requested by you.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded artwork.
Depending on the service you choose, your artwork may be used to generate print-ready files or transmitted to a production or fulfilment provider so that a physical product you have ordered can be manufactured.
We do not use customer artwork for advertising, resale or unrelated commercial purposes unless we have separately obtained permission to do so.
When you place a Print & Deliver order, information necessary to produce and deliver the order must be processed and shared with service providers involved in fulfilment.

Convert2Print uses third-party production and fulfilment providers to manufacture physical Print & Deliver orders.
Our fulfilment providers may process artwork, order information and delivery information on our behalf where necessary to manufacture and dispatch your order.
Convert2Print currently uses Prodigi as a print and fulfilment service provider for relevant Print & Deliver orders. Prodigi may work with production facilities and delivery providers in different countries in order to fulfil an order.
We may use additional or alternative production and fulfilment providers in the future where necessary to provide the service.
Information required for delivery may be provided to postal operators, couriers and other shipping providers.
This may include your name, delivery address, telephone number, tracking information and other information reasonably required to complete delivery.
Shipping providers process this information according to their own legal obligations and privacy requirements.
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. Convert2Print does not store full payment card details.
Our payment provider may process information such as payment amount, transaction information, billing information and technical information necessary to process and secure the transaction.

Uploaded files and generated processing files are generally retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service and make relevant outputs available.
Print-preparation sessions and temporary artwork files may have shorter retention periods and may be automatically deleted after processing or after the relevant checkout or reservation period expires.
Certain order, transaction, customer-service and accounting records may need to be retained for longer periods where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution or other legal obligations.
Technical logs and security records may also be retained for a limited period where necessary for troubleshooting, security and prevention of abuse.
Convert2Print may use essential cookies, local storage or session storage to operate the service, remember temporary workflow settings, maintain checkout sessions, process payments, provide downloads and maintain security.
These technologies may be necessary for requested functionality and are not used by Convert2Print for third-party advertising tracking unless separately disclosed.
If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, users will be informed and consent will be requested where required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, uploaded artwork and generated outputs against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
